Swing Signals gives you signals and data for information only. It isn't investment, financial or trading advice. Track records describe the past and don't guarantee future results. Crypto prices are volatile, and you can lose some or all of your money. You alone decide what to trade, and you are responsible for those decisions.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Swing Signals. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. For example, don't try to break or overload it, scrape or resell its signals, or access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Binance and other services
Swing Signals isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Binance. The app has no links to Binance and places no trades.
The service is provided as-is
We work to keep signals and prices accurate and on time, but market data can be delayed, missing or wrong, and the service may be interrupted. We provide Swing Signals “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or other indirect damages from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app. When we do, we'll update the date above. If you keep using Swing Signals after that, you accept the new terms.
